Yes, we operate legally as an LLC in the state of Michigan and are covered by liability insurance.

Our Cleaning Technicians come with everything needed to clean and sanitize your home. Although we ask that you make your vacuum available for our use (we don't have time to sanitize our vacuums as we move from home to home), all our Cleaning Technicians have a company vacuum available for use if needed. Most of the products we use are green and safe for the environment.

Safety is first in our SHINE values! We perform thorough background checks on all our employees.

Our Cleaning Technicians are employed by us. We take them through an intense training as they represent the company.

No, most of our clients give us access to their homes by providing a key, garage code or lock box.

For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards and checks. If you choose to pay by cash, we ask that you notify the office.

You are not locked into a contract and can cancel at any time. You will only need to sign our non-compete and payment agreement.

Payment is due at the time of service. If you choose not have a credit card on file with us, we ask that you leave a check on the kitchen counter. If you arranged to pay with cash, please leave it in a sealed enveloped addressed to "Sparkle & Shine Cleaning Services."

Our Cleaning Technicians work very hard during the week, therefore we are closed on Saturdays. We want our team members to enjoy this time with their families.

We ask that you find a good spot for your pet so they and our cleaners are safe and comfortable while your home is cleaned.

Tipping is appreciated but not required. A suggested tip is 10-15% of your fee.
